This notice explains the information PokeSignal uses to operate its private beta. PokeSignal is currently intended for users in the United States.
An access request contains your email address, the notice version and acknowledgement time, and security data used to protect the form. If invited, PokeSignal also uses your account identifier, access status, authentication records, and session-security data to establish and protect your account.
PokeSignal processes the pages, videos, and creator filters you request to provide the private product and enforce account and usage limits. Ask questions, generated answers, source excerpts, and related processing details may be retained for up to 30 days for answer-quality evaluation and bounded troubleshooting. Routine application logs do not contain Ask content.
To review beta access, create and recover invited accounts, provide requested product features, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, secure the service, and respond to privacy or security requests. An access request does not create an account, send an invitation automatically, or opt you in to marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the access form. Resend delivers transactional invite and recovery email. Error event payloads sent to Sentry are limited to redacted diagnostics such as a release, page category, and fixed failure type. Hosting, infrastructure, and mailbox providers process the information needed to operate those services.
Sentry session replay, tracing, product analytics, and default personal-data collection are disabled, and the Sentry project is configured not to store visitor IP addresses. PokeSignal does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Raw source IP data in an access security event is cleared after 14 days. Ask trace content and terminal access requests are deleted after 30 days. Detailed security records and access IP hashes are cleared after 90 days. Stale requests are deleted after 180 days; minimal invite audit and coarse account-security counters are kept for 365 days.
Account information is kept while an account remains active. Confirmed security-incident evidence may be kept until 12 months after the incident closes, subject to a narrower documented hold. Expiring backups participate in deletion.
You can choose not to request access. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@pokesignal.io. A narrow security or legal ground may require PokeSignal to retain specific incident evidence after another record is deleted.
PokeSignal does not track activity across third-party websites for targeted advertising, so it does not respond to Do Not Track as a separate choice.
PokeSignal uses access controls, encrypted transport, server-managed sessions, rate limits, and limited security audit records. Error-monitoring event payloads are designed to exclude account identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies, request bodies, Ask content, and session replay. Sentry IP-address storage is disabled for the project.
Access requests record the exact notice version acknowledged at submission. Material changes will receive a new version and date.
